I swapped my ram stick into the other slot (I had 1 stick of ram but 2 slots) and was getting 2 amber and 4 white. Then I cleaned the ram stick and ram slots with canned air, reinserted the RAM and it worked fine after that. I'm not sure if the stick or the slot had gotten dirty but if one of them does, it bricks your computer.
